DALLAS, July 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Csquare, Inc. ("Csquare") today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 50,000,000 shares of its common stock at an initial public offering price of $21. 00 per share.

Csquare has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 7,500,000 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.

The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "CSQR" on July 16, 2026.
