TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - Broadway star Kristin Chenoweth will take the stage with the East Texas Symphony on Saturday at the UT Tyler Cowan Center.

Chenoweth said performing with a full symphony, compared with today's smaller 8-to-18-piece Broadway pits, is a high she constantly chases."You can have anywhere from eight to, maybe, max 18 now," Chenoweth said of Broadway orchestras.

"There's no feeling like it. ... I don't do drugs, but it's a high that I chase constantly."She said she's excited to meet and work with the players as they entertain audiences together."I can't wait to meet the players there in Tyler," she said.
