A CHARM administrator in Wichita County was arrested after a 9-month investigation for allegedly faking community service logs and profiting from the scheme.

More information has been released on the arrest of Crystal Washington.
On Tuesday, July 21, Washington was arrested following a 9-month investigation by the Wichita County Sheriff's Office.
Washington is facing nine charges of Tampering with a Governmental Record to Defraud or Harm.
