ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - The First Alert 7 and Telemundo 20 Peanut Butter Drive filled more than three barrels with peanut butter donations this year.

Adrianne Hrebicek, agency relations manager at West Texas Food Bank, said the donations help restock shelves that sometimes run bare."Sometimes our shelves go bare without peanut butter, and when y'all guys replenish this, and then we're so, it's so just an amazing opportunity to see form here and then go to our distributions and see everybody getting it and see everyone smile, because they are able to get it," Hrebicek said.

The West Texas Food Bank said peanut butter can be costly for families in need.
