ELM MOTT, Texas (KWTX) - A routine traffic stop for an expired registration on Sept. 1 escalated into multiple felony charges for an Elm Mott woman after deputies discovered methamphetamine inside her person and learned she had cut off her court-ordered ankle monitor months earlier, an arrest affidavit states.
Jordyn Van Blarcum, 33, was booked into the McLennan County Jail on charges of tampering with physical evidence, possession of a controlled substance (1 to 4 grams), and tampering with an electronic monitoring device.
