LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - High Point Village is expanding to provide independent living options for its villagers and others like them.

Nathan Bryant, executive director at High Point Village, said the new residency aims to address concerns families have about long-term care."Families have questions when their villagers are aging or those caregivers are aging, where my loved ones will live, who will take care of them, and we hope to answer some of those questions with the community," Bryant said.

The project will be built on 14 acres and will feature 24 lots with a variety of housing options to meet different needs.
