ALPINE, Texas (KOSA) - The City of Alpine will continue operating under Stage 2 Water Restrictions as municipal water system conditions remain stable and ongoing improvement projects move forward.

System improvementsThe city's Million-Dollar Pump is operating without any major issues, maintaining a regulated pressure of 100 to 101 psi and reliably supplying water to the upper hill area as needed, the release said.

Work on the emergency well is also advancing.
