Credit: Instagram / Thomas J. Henry San Antonio-based personal-injury attorney Thomas J. Henry on Wednesday said he will vote for James Talarico in Texas' U.S. Senate race - even though he supported Republican Ken Paxton in the GOP primary.

In a minute-long video message posted to his social media channels, Henry said his early support for Paxton stemmed from his belief that the candidate's primary opponent, incumbent U.S. Sen. John Cornyn, had been in office too long.
