TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - An apartment complex was the scene of a fire involving multiple emergency crews at Laurel Flats Tuesday morning.
The apartment complex is located on the 1200 block of E. Houston Street.
Tyler Fire Marshal Joey Hooton said his crews believe the fire was started due to an electrical malfunction because of marks seen on a wall in the structure.
