VALLEY VIEW, Texas (KXII) - Residents in Valley View are being asked to conserve water until further notice due to a limited water supply while crews repair the Pecan Creek well.

Cooke County Emergency Management said Thursday morning officials are still waiting on an estimated repair timeline from local leadership and will share updates as they become available.

In the meantime, the city is asking residents to avoid nonessential water use, including watering lawns, filling swimming pools or hot tubs, washing vehicles or driveways, and other unnecessary water use.
