- Law enforcement in all four federal judicial districts in Texas took part in Operation Trick or Treat 4, a nationwide operation that targets non-compliant and fugitive sex offenders during the Halloween season.

According to a release issued Saturday by the U. S Marshalls Service, the Eastern, Northern, Southern and Western districts of Texas were among 37 federal judicial districts that participated.

Nationwide resultsDuring October, the U.S. Marshals Service partnered with more than 127 law enforcement agencies on the operation.
