Uvalde County Commissioners will act upon a preliminary plat application for the Bella View subdivision when they meet at 10 a.m. July 14 at the courthouse.

Acting Judge Jerry W. Bates is expected to recognize Prairie View A&M University during the 150th anniversary for "outstanding contributions to higher education," per the agenda packet.
