JOHNSON CITY, Texas - With a new school year on the horizon, Pedernales Electric Cooperative (PEC) is launching Educational Spotlight Grants to help teachers fund dynamic programs for their classrooms.

PEC cares for its communities and believes that supporting area educators with the resources they need can turn creative classroom ideas into meaningful learning experiences that benefit students and strengthen communities.

PEC will award up to $10,000 in grants annually through the new program.
