GRAND SALINE, Texas (KLTV) - The Grand Saline City Council voted 4-1 to relocate library cat Pip to the city librarian's home, effective immediately, during a special meeting about the cat's future.
The city administrator called for Pip's eviction last week, citing liability issues and allergens."I think it implies the cat comes first, not your right to receive access to city supported services," said City Administrator Julie Fisher.
"I think the notion that you have allergies, you should just take some medicine."The council also discussed possible action involving the city librarian in executive session.
