FORT WORTH, Texas - A woman is in custody after she reportedly confessed to strangling her partner to death, Fort Worth police said Friday.

According to the Fort Worth Police Department, officers were called at about 3:06 a.m. May 26 to a residence near the 5300 block of Bonnell Avenue.

Upon arrival, police and firefighters found a man unresponsive in a bedroom of the home, police said.
