LAREDO, Tex.
(KGNS) - Rising water levels in the Rio Grande are pushing buoys from Eagle Pass downstream toward the Laredo area, prompting a multi-agency response Saturday, July 18.
According to the Laredo Fire Department, the first buoys passed beneath the Colombia Bridge at approximately 5:45 a.m. Saturday morning.
