More than 100 sixth through eighth graders attended the fifth annual Covenant Ready summer camp at Maxey Park in Lubbock.

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - More than 100 sixth through eighth graders attended the fifth annual Covenant Ready summer camp Thursday at Maxey Park.
The camp gave students a firsthand look at what life is like inside a hospital and how first responders spend their day.
Students also explored a range of health care careers through hands-on activities and guidance from working professionals.
