Mortgage rates declined this week to their lowest level in more than a month, according to mortgage finance giant Freddie Mac.
By the numbers: Data from Freddie Mac's Primary Mortgage Market Survey released Thursday showed the average rate on a 30-year fixed mortgage fell to 6. 47%, down from 6. 52% a week earlier.
