HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- The Harris County Sheriff's Office said a man is now in custody after his brother was found dead in a bathroom over the weekend.

Authorities confirmed the suspect, identified as 68-year-old Pedro Caprille, was booked into the Harris County Jail on Monday Deputies responded to the 16800 block of Anna Green on Saturday afternoon in response to a death investigation.

HCSO said that the victim's family told deputies they found Pedro's brother, 78-year-old Hilario Caprille, dead inside a bathroom.
