Peterson Health announced a $100,000 donation to Habitat for Humanity Kerr County to support flood recovery efforts in the Doyle Community, helping residents rebuild homes, restore stability and move forward after the July flood.

"Peterson Health has been part of this community since 1949, and when Kerr County hurts, we hurt with it," said John McDonald, president and chief executive officer of Peterson Health.

"The Doyle Community is an essential part of Kerrville, and this donation reflects our commitment to standing beside our neighbors as they recover, rebuild, and regain a sense of security after the flood." Habitat for Humanity will direct the contribution toward recovery and rebuilding assistance for Doyle residents affected by flood damage.
