(Gray News) - Olympic skier and gold medalist Bode Miller's recent drug charges will be dropped, according to reports.

Miller's attorney confirmed to NBC News and ESPN that the prosecutor handling the case has "agreed to dismiss all charges against Bode Miller."Miller, 48, was charged with two misdemeanors: possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
