HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Whether it's control of Congress, the Texas legislature, or who leads some of the state's largest counties, your vote will make a difference just 99 days from Monday.
Nancy Sims is a political science lecturer at the University of Houston.
She said the economy is the big issue, but that's not necessarily an advantage for Democrats or Republicans.
