A woman has been arrested and charged with murder after selling a lethal dose of fentanyl to a man who died from an overdose in La Marque.

LA MARQUE, Texas - A woman has been arrested, accused of selling a lethal dose of fentanyl to a man who died from an overdose in La Marque last year.
The La Marque Police Department said it happened on Aug. 2, 2025, when officers responded to the Super 8 Motel located at 312 Delaney Rd in regards to an unresponsive person.
They arrived and found 21-year-old Chase Boone unresponsive in his room.
