HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) - The Alton Police Department arrested a person of interest on Wednesday in connection with a graffiti incident at a public park.

The graffiti was reported on Sept. 17 along the walking trails at Josefa Garcia Park.

Alton PD posted photos of the graffiti on social media, showing graffiti on stones.
