SAN ANTONIO - Two people have been hospitalized after a multi-vehicle crash Monday afternoon along Interstate 10, according to the San Antonio Fire Department.

Two people have been hospitalized after a multi-vehicle crash Monday afternoon along Interstate 10, according to the San Antonio Fire Department.
The crash happened at approximately 1 p.m. on I-10 eastbound near Medical Drive.
An SAFD spokesperson said a San Antonio Police Department patrol vehicle was involved in the crash.
