Jacob Medina, a student at Voss Middle School, has been selected to play for the USA Baseball National Team.

Medina, who will attend Boerne Champion next fall, will compete in the Dominican Republic next August as part of the 2027 USA team.

The USA-Latin American Baseball Classic event will be held Aug. 4-10, 2027, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
