WHITEHOUSE, Texas (KLTV) - The Whitehouse Wildcats have been named the Red Zone game ball winner for week one, following the team's win over Chapel Hill.

The Wildcats opened the season with the 37-14 win at Wildcat Stadium in front of a home crowd on Thursday night.

Coach credits offseason workGilchrist said the team's preparation began in January."I think it started in January and they laid the foundation, we saw the fruits of their labor pay off," Gilchrist said.
