BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - The gathering inside Neal Recreation Center became one big congregation tonight as different people and groups spoke and sang their gospel to the packed house."It doesn't matter where you came from. It doesn't matter your state of money or whatever your lifestyle was. It was about coming together and saying look what God has done. He brought us over, and he brought us over together," said Marcus Turner, a community member.

For some, like Jackie Calhoun, the gospel is more than just singing.

It represents generations of singers who have brought people together, much like tonight."It just grew up in me. Those, oh, amazing grace, how sweet the sound. That lives inside of us. Everyone can relate," said Calhoun.
