Lubbock man indicted on indecency with a child charge

A 62-year-old Lubbock man has been indicted on indecency with a child charges after exposing himself at a public park.

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - A grand jury has indicted a Lubbock man for indecency with a child.

Court records show 62-year-old Valdemar Gonzales exposed and sexually gratified himself at a public park near 23rd and T last month.

Documents show a child and an adult witnessed the act, while another witness confronted Gonzales and took a picture of him before he ran off.
