The 92nd Annual Big Spring Cowboy Reunion and Rodeo wrapped up another successful year over the weekend, with rodeo officials praising strong attendance, top-tier competition and overwhelming community support.

Rodeo President Cash Berry said this year's event featured one of the strongest contestant lineups in recent memory, thanks in part to increased prize money and the rodeo's move to an earlier date on the calendar.

"We had over 70 contestants who had previously qualified for the National Finals Rodeo and 16 former world champions," Berry said.
