HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Two people were shot, and a third person was hurt after a road rage situation led to a crash and a shooting on the West Loop Sunday night, according to the Houston Police Department.

Police said they believe it started around I-610 and Ella and ended on I-610 near San Felipe.

The investigation shut down the Loop for hours.
