The Thrall Tigerettes varsity volleyball team picked up a big rivalry victory Tuesday, Sept. 1, defeating Thorndale 3-1 at Thrall High School.

Thrall came out strong and took the first two sets, winning 25-23 and 25-19.

Thorndale responded in the third set with a 25-19 victory, but the Tigerettes regained control in the fourth set and held on for a 25-23 win to close out the match.
