GLADEWATER, Texas (KLTV) - One person is displaced following an early morning house fire in the 300 block of Cotton Street in Gladewater.

Gladewater Fire Chief Tim Basham said firefighters responded to the fire at 4:48 a.m. Thursday and worked quickly to bring the fire under control.

Basham said no one was home at the time of the fire and a neighbor reported that a man who lives at the home left earlier in the night.
