HARRIS COUNTY, Texas - A brochure showing up in homes across Texas is sparking a heated debate - and raising serious questions about who sent it and why.

The mailer is addressed to children in the household, claims to be from something called the "Texas Transgender Student Union" and includes resource information that some parents say crosses a line.

It repeatedly references the Transgender Education Network of Texas - known as TENT - and includes links to the organization's resources.
