ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - The City of Odessa said it is aware of reports of an odor in the water and has notified the Utilities Department.

Witnesses reported the odor in the areas of Andrews Highway and 42nd Street, and possibly other areas in Odessa.

The city issued the following statement: We are aware that some residents have reported an odor in the water, and the Utilities Department has been notified.
