The Admiral Nimitz Foundation has acquired the property at 241 E. Austin St. in Fredericksburg, creating the future home of a new Education Center for the National Museum of the Pacific War.

Located just steps from the museum campus, the former Sage Restaurant and Lounge will be transformed into a dedicated learning facility for learners of all ages, designed to expand the museum's educational capacity and strengthen connections between classroom programming and the museum experience.
