Criminal case against former Angelina County road engineer dismissed
A criminal case against a former Angelina County road engineer has been dismissed, with a second case pending dismissal following the retirement of the presiding judge.

LUFKIN, Texas (KTRE) - One criminal case against a former Angelina County road engineer has been dismissed with the final case pending dismissal.
Court records show the 217th District Court dismissed one of the criminal cases.
A motion for dismissal for the other is pending, as the judge's seat was vacated after Judge Robert Inselmann retired June 30.
