HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) - SpaceX is preparing for its second attempt at Starship Flight 13 from Starbase, Texas.
The second attempt of Starship Flight 13 comes one week after SpaceX scrubbed its first attempt on July 16.
The 90-minute launch window will open at 5:45 p.m. ValleyCentral will stream the test flight live in this article.
