Veterans Day is fast approaching, and the Boerne Star wants to recognize all who have served our country with their enlistment, their service .

Between now and Oct. 21, we invite Boerne residents to submit photos of their veterans - friends, family members, co-workers, neighbors or themselves - to be included in the Boerne Star Veterans Day Remembrance supplement on Sunday, Nov. 8.

We have received 174 veterans' photos and descriptions in 2024 and 2025 - those veterans are already going to be included in this year's edition, so they do NOT have to be resubmitted.
