BRUCEVILLE EDDY, Texas (KWTX) - Police arrested a local contractor accused of stealing more than $112,000 from a 67yearold RV park owner and failing to complete the work he was paid to do.

According to an arrest warrant affidavit, Loyed Clayton Yost, owner of Clayton Construction, is charged with theft of property valued between $30,000 and $150,000, enhanced to a second-degree felony because the alleged victim is an elderly person.
