Yesterday at 1:57 p.m., the Schertz Police Department responded to a report of a deceased person along the 25300 block of the southbound IH-35 North service road.

Upon arrival, officers discovered a male lying in the grass near the roadway.

The victim has been identified as Justin Medina, a 34-year-old New Braunfels man, according to SPD.
