ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - FIRST ALERT 7 Forecast for Tuesday, July 28th, 2026: The heat wave continues across West Texas and southeast New Mexico this week and into next weekend, with mostly rain-free conditions areawide.

A Heat Advisory is in effect this afternoon through the evening.

TUESDAY HEATHeat levels will continue to be elevated this afternoon, with widespread triple-digit highs expected across West Texas and southeast New Mexico.
