(KGNS) - A 29-year-old man is facing charges after police say he groped and tried to kiss a woman without her consent in a restaurant parking lot.

Jose Luis Sanchez approached the woman outside a bar in the 6500 block of Arena Blvd. just before midnight on Saturday, June 6, according to Laredo Police.
