The Carolina Hurricanes are waking up as Stanley Cup champions for the first time since 2006, after a 3-0 shutout in Game 6 over the Vegas Golden Knights, sealing a dominant 16-3 postseason run to return the Cup to Carolina.

Fans celebrated in downtown Raleigh, but the biggest party is still ahead.

The official championship parade is set for Saturday, June 20 at 11 a.m. in downtown Raleigh, according to their Facebook page, Raleigh Downtown.
