HUDSON, Texas (KTRE) - A former Hudson city official is facing charges of abuse of official capacity stemming from his time with the City, the mayor said.

According to Mayor Caleb Ramsey, the former city manager, Rodney McCarty, has been indicted by a grand jury for the offense of abuse of official capacity, a state jail felony.

He did not go into detail about what McCarty is specifically accused of doing.
