LAREDO, Tex.
(KGNS) - Elderly residents at a Laredo senior citizens' home have been dealing with elevator breakdowns since 2024, and housing officials say fully modernizing the aging equipment could cost $500,000.
The seven-story building near Jarvis Plaza houses roughly 88 apartments and is served by two elevators.
