Thousands of Krispy Kreme customers impacted by a data breach have until June 22 to file a claim as part of a class-action settlement.

Thousands of Krispy Kreme customers impacted by a data breach have until the end of today to file a claim as part of a class-action settlement.
The doughnut chain agreed to pay $1. 6 million following a 2024 data leak that exposed sensitive customer information, including Social Security numbers, birth dates and bank details.
About 161,000 eligible customers should have received a notice with instructions on how to file.
