Man found dead inside Odessa clothing donation box identified

A 45-year-old man identified as Roberto Hernandez was found dead inside a clothing donation box in Odessa on July 17.

ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - The man found dead inside a clothing donation box in Odessa last week has been identified as 45-year-old Roberto Hernandez.

According to the Odessa Police Department, police responded to a report of a dead person on July 17 at the intersection of East 8th Street and Coleman Avenue.

When officers arrived, they found Hernandez dead inside a clothes donation box.
