IRVING, Texas (KCBD) - The Big 12 Conference said Thursday it is reviewing concerns raised by the Texas Attorney General's Office after it received a letter warning of potential legal action if the conference pursues certain options under its bylaws involving Texas Tech.

The statement, issued on behalf of Big 12 Commissioner Brett Yormark, came as the conference's executive board met to discuss next steps related to the Texas Tech football program and QB Brendan Sorsby's ongoing eligibility dispute.
