ANGELINA COUNTY, Texas (KTRE) - RaceTrac has filed a motion for a rehearing in the dispute over a stalled gas station project in the Crown Colony subdivision of Lufkin.
The gas station project began in 2024 but was paused after the Crown Colony Improvement Association filed a lawsuit and secured a temporary injunction.
The CCIA represents residents of the area who voiced concerns about safety, health and a possible increase in traffic.
